Master in Neuroscience: from bench to bedside.
60 ECTS credits in one academic year.
The last decade has witnessed an important development in the knowledge relative to the functioning of the Nervous system. This accelerated development poses a challenge both to professionals working in areas related to neuroscience as well as the students that want to start a career in research.
The Instituto de Neurociencias (UMH-CSIC) is a centre formed by researchers from the University and the CSIC, the main research body in Spain. Its outstanding research trajectory provides an ideal framework to transmit the most significative advances in neuroscience.
Master activities aim to stimulate discussion and the interaction of the students with the researchers. All the master activities, including teaching, discussions and seminars are in English. As part of the learning activities, students must participate in scientific seminars given by international lecturers and researchers in which original research is presented, and discussion of current neuroscientific themes is encouraged.
